Called For a replacement on my Storm Door lock, The tech was prompt and was professional. However, he was hesitant to give a price for the work even after he had seen the job until the very end. He installed two locks for $660.00 + tax ($718.57 total), claiming a 5 year warranty on the locks, free repairs. We will see if that warranty is honored.
